AppKickOff provides professional website creation and managed website services. This includes a fully built website, domain setup, hosting, and ongoing maintenance. Depending on your chosen plan, premium features such as analytics and WhatsApp integration may also be included.

3. Ownership and Delivery
All websites are built and delivered by AppKickOff. You will receive a fully functional website ready to use for your business. You do not need to perform any development or coding yourself.

4. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services and custom website creation, services are generally non-refundable once the website has been delivered. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and at AppKickOff’s sole discretion.

5. Disclaimer
AppKickOff makes reasonable efforts to provide high-quality, functional websites. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, or uninterrupted service. All services are provided “as is,” to the extent permitted by law.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
AppKickOff does not warrant or guarantee the performance, results, or uptime of any website beyond standard hosting and maintenance practices. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and materials for your website. AppKickOff is not liable for the content you provide or publish.

8. General Terms and Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Portugal. No partnership, agency, or employment relationship is created between you and AppKickOff. You may not represent yourself as an agent of AppKickOff.
